Second training for trainers held within DIGITMAK: Towards an integrated approach to client support
On 10 September 2026, the second training for trainers event within DIGITMAK was held at the premises of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia in Skopje. The event focused on strengthening the knowledge and skills of professionals involved in delivering DIGITMAK services, with an emphasis on a common and coordinated approach to client support.

During the half-day session, participants explored the overall process of supporting clients – from the initial contact and identification of their needs, through the Digital Maturity Assessment and preparation of the Digitalisation Roadmap, to the selection and delivery of appropriate services. Particular attention was given to how the different services and areas of expertise within DIGITMAK can be brought together based on the specific needs and priorities of each client.
The practical part of the training included exercises and examples that allowed participants to apply this approach and explore how different services can build on one another throughout the support process. Discussions also covered the role of partners, their areas of expertise, and how clients can be referred to appropriate additional support.

The training also addressed the importance of continuity in client support, including the use of the DIGITMAK CRM and shared operational tools. This helps ensure that support can continue beyond the delivery of an individual service, in line with the client’s evolving needs.

Through presentations, practical work and joint discussions, the training contributed to a better understanding of how partners and their services can work together to provide more effective and comprehensive support to companies and organisations.

The second training continues the series of activities aimed at continuously strengthening the capacities of DIGITMAK partners and further improving the quality of digital transformation services.
